Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Munch Better! Your satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are freshly prepared and perishable, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products (like healthy ladoos and matri), we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item than what you ordered

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A photo of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Refunds or Replacements

After reviewing your complaint and verifying the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (where possible), OR

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, email us at support@munchbetter.in with your order ID.

5. Exceptions

We will not offer refunds if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect address.

  • The delivery is missed due to unavailability at delivery time.

  • Complaints are raised after 24 hours of delivery.
